Story

Founded in 1715, the Dogget's race is believed to be the oldest sculling race in the world and certainly in the UK. It is open to apprentices from the Company of Watermen & Lightermen of the River Thames (whose hall is in St Mary-at-Hill in the City). The winner receives the famous red coat and silver badge. Charlie finished in a very impressive 3rd place - an amazing achievement.
